Sometimes, while working on a ticket, agents need to know additional information about the requestor, such as the company they are from and their contact details. Knowing the previous issues that the requestor has raised also gives the agent additional context about the current ticket. The Requestor Info option within a ticket lets agents quickly get additional context about the customer without leaving the ticket view.
Quick Guide for getting the Requestor Info
Click on any ticket from the dashboard or the ticket list to see its details
Click on the Requestor Info tab
All information about the requestor gets displayed on the right side
- Click on any Recent Ticket link to open that ticket
